Please note the following:
- The final price may vary depending on your requirements, so we will provide a customized quote via email. The prices listed below are reference prices for each element.
- The maximum group size for all options is 5 participants.
- Infants under 5 years old are free of charge (Admission only; no experience/activity included).
Experience
Tea Ceremony, or Flower Arrangement (Ikebana)
Note: Interpretation fee is included. A discount of approximately ¥10,000 will be applied if an interpreter is not required (e.g., if you are accompanied by your own interpreter).

The prices listed above INCLUDE the following:
- Guide’s round-trip transportation expenses (excluding taxis during the tour)
- Guide’s admission fees (temples, shrines, museums, etc. Usually complimentary for National Licensed Tour Guides)
The prices listed above DO NOT INCLUDE the following:
- Experience fee listed above
- Customer’s personal expenses (transportation, meals, admission fees, cultural activity fees, etc.)
- Guide’s meal expense for Full-Day Tours
BOOKING PROCESS

Please send us your desired date and preferences via the contact form at least one month prior to the tour date. - Correspondence & Planning
Upon receipt, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The plan will then be finalized through email correspondence with the dedicated coordinator. - Confirmation of Details & Price
Once the plan is finalized, we will send you a quotation (estimate) and information regarding payment methods. - On the Day of Your Tour

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Customer Cancellation
If you cancel the service due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:- Up to 7 days prior: Free of Charge (No Fee)
- 6 days to 2 days prior: 50% of the Total Fee
- On the day before or the day of the tour: 100% of the Total Fee
- Cancellation by Our End
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances such as an accident, we will promptly notify you.
- In such a case, a full refund will be issued. We will cover the bank transfer fees incurred for the refund.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Insurance & Accidents
Insurance is not included in the tour price. We shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the tour.
Damage to Cultural Properties
Should any damage occur to cultural properties, you may be in violation of the Cultural Properties Protection Act and obligated to compensate for the damage.
